Superintendent's Message

Welcome to the Fremont County School District #38 and our website. It is an honor and privilege to serve as Superintendent of the Arapaho Charter High School and Arapahoe Elementary Schools. In the Arapaho community, we take pride in our culture, our quality of life, and the success of our local schools. Our district is committed to bringing out the best in each and every child and recognizes that strong schools are the foundation of a strong community.

We believe in the extraordinary potential of all of our more than 425 students and are committed to meeting their individual needs. Our work together requires teamwork, dedication and collaboration. That collaboration extends beyond our school district staff and students to the entire community. Beginning at this point in our school year the district will embark on a very thorough strategic planning process. We plan to engage our community in creating a shared vision that will guide us on our journey. We are very proud of the accomplishments of our students and staff, and with the help and support of our community. We look forward to creating new levels of greatness and moving our schools to higher levels of academic performance.

We are becoming an innovative school district by developing and utilizing current and proven curricula, integrating technology in the classrooms, and providing opportunities for all students that are a part of schools. The Arapaho Charter High is creating new challenges through a blended instruction that allows students to be in charge of their own education and provides flexibility in how they complete the courses. The program provides opportunities for students that would not normally be provided in a small school setting. Fremont County School District #38 is striving to provide cutting edge technology and opportunities for all students.

I look forward to working with all members of our school and community family as we continue to make strides in the education of our young people!

We invite you to join our experiences toward excellence. If you have any questions, or if we can be of assistance, please feel free to call us at 307-856-9333. Please come to your child’s school and become a part of their learning experience.

“Together We Teach, Together We Learn, Together We Succeed”

Respectfully,
