Bre Ella BigLeggins was nominated as the Arapaho Charter High School student of the week by Adrienne Vetter.
The Arapaho Charter High School Student of the Week is Bre Ella BigLeggins!
Bre Ella is the daughter of Donovan BigLeggins and Kacey Armajo, and is a sophomore at ACHS. She wears a constant smile that lights up hallways and classrooms, and is known as a kind and respectful young lady by teachers, staff, and peers a like. Her nominating teacher writes “Bre Ella is a quiet and thoughtful student. In Art class, she conducts herself with a maturity and independence beyond her years. She excels in Art class because of her natural abilities in drawing, painting and sculpture, but also because she is willing to take time to practice and learn new skills and techniques. Her art has been exhibited at the Wyoming High School Art Symposium in 2024.” Her academic success transcends all other subject areas as well.
At ACHS, Bre Ella is also active on sports teams, playing both volleyball and basketball this year. She loves to participate in school-based activities and themes like Spirit weeks, and embraces her cultural heritage. Outside of school Bre Ella loves to draw, play guitar and her ukulele, and hangout with her family. After graduating high school – perhaps as early as next year – she plans to enroll in an Art school to further her skills and pursuits in the subject she is most passionate about. Congratulations, Bre Ella!
