
Our next Senior showcase is FallingStar Whiteman!
FallingStars favorite thing to do in her free time is watching movies on her phone. She feels her worst habbit is always being on her phone or not giving the person talking to her enough attention. The three thing that FallingStar is most grateful for is her family, her bully pup, and finally graduating! Her favorite subject in school has always been English, and her least favorite Math! After she graduates, FallingStar is thinking she'll either attend college or apply for jobs. Congratulations FallingStar! Way to go!


All “Rhodes” lead to state! Jai’ron Rhodes becomes the first male regional placer in ACHS history, with his 5th place throw today! Congratulations Jai’ron! We can’t wait to see what you do at state next weekend!











Our next Senior Spotlight is Jasinya Abeyta!
Jasinya says her worst habbit is doing things at the last minute. Jasinya is a Capricorn, she says that some of a Capricorns said qualities are a match while others are not. Her least favorite subject in school is Math. Most nights after schoo you will find Jasinya snacking and watching her favorite shows. After graduation she plans to go to CWC for two years, and then move to vegas with her family. Congratulations Jasinya your hard work is paying off, and we can't wait to see what comes next!

Our next Senior to recognize is Walter Duran!
Walter's favorite thing to do in his free time is play Warzone. The one food that Walter would like to try is Fufu, which is a meal found in West African cuisine. If he could be any animal he would be a Thunder Bird! The celebrity that Walter would bring to ACHS for the day would be Kyrie Irving. The current son that Walter can not get out of his head is "Not Like US" by Kendrick Lamar. We are so proud of all of your accomplishments Walter! ACHS will miss you! Congratulations and Good luck on your next steps in life!

Gustavo Najera is Arapaho Charter High School's Student of the Week!
Gustavo, a 10h grader at ACHS, is the son of Elder and Adelle Najera. A former Falcon Legend at Arapahoe Middle School, Gustavo has been a student at ACHS for the entirety of his high school career and is an accomplished student in both academics and attendance. "Gustavo has really improved in his academic work this year, and is quickly turning himself into a top-shelf student. He is focused in the classroom, and contributes positively to the overall school environment" writes a nominating teacher. He is active in the school district's Food Distribution program as well!
When he's not in school, Gustavo enjoys playing NBA 2K, shooting hoops, and the great outdoors through hunting and fishing. After high school he plans to pursue a career in construction, and is considering attending Wind River Job Corps to gain training in the field. Great job, Gustavo, keep up the good work!


Our next senior spotlight is Daylene Robertson!
When Daylene was little she wanted her future career to be a Ornithologist. If she could bring one celebrity to ACHS for a day it would be Cole Hauser who plays Rip in yellowstone, because he's Hot and would fun to hang out with all day! Daylene's favorite movie is Shark Tale, its always been her favorite since she was a little girl. Before school in the mornings Daylene gets her and her son all washed up, hair fixed nicely, and packs the stuff they need for the day....It's not as easy as it sounds! After graduation Daylene plans to go to college for either nursing or welding, both great career paths! Way to go Daylene, Congratulations, we are so proud of you!

Byrdie had enough credits to graduate after the first semester and will be walking with her class for Graduation on May 18th! Byrdies favorite past time is to spend time with her friends. Her favorite movie is "The Hate You Give". The three things she is most grateful are her son, being able to graduate this year, and her family. Her favorite subject in school is English. Her plans after graduation is to finish her CNA license that she is currently working on. Congratulations Byrdie, we are proud of you!

Our next senior is Benny Gardner.
Ben's plan after he graduates it to go to College. In the evenings he likes to listen to music and play warzone. If he could be any animal he would choose a Silver Back Gorilla. The celebrity he would choose to bring to school with him would be Ice Spice. When Ben was asked if he was a night owl or early bird, he said that he is definitely and Early Bird.
